Due to the handmade nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges; however, if you have any problems with your order, please let us know so we can try to resolve the issue. If a return is granted from our shop, the buyer will only be refunded for the original purchase and the original shipping cost. The buyer will not be refunded fpthe cost of shipping the item(s) back to the shop owner.
